Book Review

This book carries 51 poems mostly based on romance and friendship. I was very excited to start off but as I progressed I found them more of whatsapp type. I was expecting some good Hindi verses but they appeared like the ones which a new poet writes in his initial days. I think if a poem is published in a book, the expectations of the reader are set high. I am not at all discouraging the author from writing more poems. He has got quite good skills to give shape to his thoughts into words. The only thing, as a reader, I would expect is some thoughtful, intriguing poems written with a splash of lost Hindi words. The book is quite an easy read for the beginners.

Happy Reading!
